Sandy is a 3 year old beautiful put mix who was rescued from Texas in a horrific scene. She was tied up with her daughter in extreme heat to a garage with limited room to move and sometimes withheld food and water. When I saw this video I couldn’t resist their wagging tales so a couple weeks later they were transported to us. Sandy does not have a mean bone in her body. She is so sweet with no food aggression.
