MARC Community Resources is excited to hold its premier annual fundraiser at the historic St. Clements Castle in Portland. The tasting event will feature over 10 wine, beer and spirit distributors, a silent auction, passed hors d’oeuvres and pasta stations. Over 300 guests attend the event each year and in 2020 they will enjoy a fun-themed filled evening with contests, music, dancing and more. This is an incredible opportunity for businesses and their employees to partner with MARC as sponsors, volunteers, committee members and more.
MARC’s successful events have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars. Funds have provided support to unfunded essential programs and services necessary to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Employment, community residential options and social experiences are the foundations for a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.

2nd Annual MARC Madness Kickball Tournament In 2019, MARC Community Resources held its first MARC Madness Kickball Tournament. Eight teams comprised of 10-15 players raised a minimum of $1,000 each to compete for the championship title. The tournament was so popular kickball players and staff have formed a committee and started planning for this year. Teams have already committed and recruitment for more teams has begun. All levels of experience and competitive spirit are encouraged to participate. The tournament will be designed for both players that are on a league and determined to bring home the trophy or just want to have some kickball fun and support a great cause. The event will also include family-friendly activities for both the young and young at heart. The proceeds benefit programs and services that are either unfunded or underfunded yet provide essential support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Employment, community residential options and social experiences are the foundations for one to lead a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.
